Turf Swooper® will clean any areas of your property that have pet waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide pet waste pickup services all year round?
Yes! Turf Swooper® provides pet waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services.
How do you ensure the safety of my pets?
The safety of our clients and their pets is a top priority at Turf Swooper®. To ensure all pets are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Turf Swooper® has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of pets. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop and pet waste is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
Can you clean with my pets in the yard?
No. We simply ask that you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your pet is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day, but not every cleanup day will be available in your area. We can generally offer an alternate option to better fit your schedule.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No! Turf Swooper® does not require you to be home for your pooper scooper service. We simply ask that you allow easy access to your backyard.
