| 3 Setup Customer Portal | After signing up for services a Turf Swooper® representative will walk you through the entire setup process. |
| 4 Attach Payment Method | All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Turf Swooper® will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule. |
