Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone. | Cleaning Your Yard Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Turf Swooper™ team members are trained to walk in a special route to mitigate the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste. |
| Safety Procedures Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Turf Swooper™ technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment. | Pet Waste Disposal Your pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can. If you don’t have a trash can, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines. |
